email time-stamping, verification, file management and archiving services (the "Services"), to you subject to the following conditions.
Please read them carefully. If you visit this site, sign up for an account with Trustifi, or use the Services, you accept these
conditions.

Please review our Privacy Notice, which also governs your visit to this site, use of the Services and your Trustifi account, to

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
When you visit this site, send emails to us, or sign up for a Trustifi account, you are communicating with us

sponsored by Trustifi. These include ELECTRONIC POSTMARK, USPS ELECTRONIC POSTMARK, EPM, USPS EPM, USPS ELECTRONIC POSTMARK and design,
which are registered trademarks of the United States Postal Service ("USPS"); and AUTHENTIDATE, which is a registered trademark of

the features and services accessible via this site.
LICENSE AND SITE ACCESS
Trustifi offers this site and the Services in conjunction with and pursuant to license from USPS and Authentidate. Trustifi, on
behalf of itself, USPS and Authentidate, grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of this site and the Services, and
not to download (other than page caching) or modify them, or any portion of them, except with express written consent of Trustifi. This
license does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or the Services; any downloading or copying for the benefit of a third
party; or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not
be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without the express written
consent of Trustifi. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information
(including images, text, page layout, or form) of Trustifi, USPS or Authentidate without express written consent. You may not use any
meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing the names or trademarks of Trustifi, USPS or Authentidate without express written consent.
Any unauthorized use terminates the permission or license granted by Trustifi. You are granted a limited, revocable and nonexclusive
right to create a hyperlink to this site so long as the link does not portray Trustifi, USPS or Authentidate, or the Services, in a false,
misleading, derogatory or otherwise offensive manner. You may not use any Trustifi, USPS or Authentidate logo, proprietary graphic or
trademark as part of the link without express written permission.
YOUR ACCOUNT
If you use this site or the Services, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and
for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
RISK OF LOSS
When sending email using the Services, you use your own equipment and send the email through your own email program or system. An
acknowledgment email (the "Acknowledgment") will be sent to you by Trustifi shortly after you use the Services to send an email. The
Acknowledgment will indicate that Trustifi has or has not successfully time-stamped your email and archived a copy of it. It is your
responsibility not to permanently delete your copy of the sent email until receiving the Acknowledgment from Trustifi indicating that your
email was successfully time-stamped and archived using the Services.
SERVICES DESCRIPTIONS
Trustifi attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, Trustifi does not warrant that services descriptions or other content
on this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If the Services are not as described, your sole remedy is to
receive a refund of any payment for the Services that were not as described.
OTHER BUSINESSES
Parties other than Trustifi, namely, USPS and Authentidate, provide a portion of the Services hereunder. Trustifi is not
responsible for examining or evaluating USPS’ or Authentidate’s portion of the Services, and Trustifi does not warrant the performance
of any of these businesses or individuals working for them, or the content of their websites. Trustifi does not assume any responsibility
or liability for the actions, products, or contents of all these and any other third parties. You should carefully review their privacy
statements and other conditions of use.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, regarding each and every provision set forth below, use of the word "Trustifi" or "Trustifi’s"
shall include USPS and Authentidate.
