Peter Benisti - President & CEO
Mr. Benisti brings extensive International Marketing, Sales and Network Security experience. Mr. Benisti has worked in the network security and telecommunications industry for more than 18 years and has significant experience in negotiating and implementing large-scale technology projects. He specialized in evangelizing emerging technologies with various companies on a worldwide scale and has developed exclusive and strategic relationships with major corporations such as CitiGroup, Network Associates, BellSouth, Verizon and France Telecom which resulted in multi-million dollar contracts. Mr. Benisti previously served as Managing Partner at iSimplifi LLC that specialized in advising technology companies such as Diversinet, Vsecure and WaveIP with business development, strategy and M&A. Before joining iSimplifi, Mr. Benisti served as the VP of Worldwide Sales for NHC Communications.

Steve Bramson - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Bramson was a co-founder of Total.Net and helped it grow to become Quebec's largest Internet Service Provider; the company became part of Emergis (TSE: EME) where Steve served as VP of Merchant Solutions. Steve also co-founded on-line jeweler ICE.com and served there as Chief Technology Officer. While under his watch, pure-play ICE.com became one of the largest privately held e-commerce companies. Steve holds Electrical Engineering and MBA degrees.

Joel Cohen - Consulting Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Cohen is a former investment banker at Canaccord Capital. He has worked on numerous IPOs, private and public financings for various companies including Neurochem, Adherex, Bioniche, Diagnocure, Qbiogene and Aeterna successfully raising in excess of $100 million. Mr. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Finance and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, (CFA) and is an instructor in business valuations in the MBA program at McGill University.
